Hi, I’m here. Today was really good! My packed lunch and breakfast were perfect. I wasn’t even hungry for an after school snack today! But I had to go afterschool to get my dress and heels for WinterBall (school dance). So I found this super cue dress from forver twenty one plus and spent most of my money on cheetah sparkly vince camuto shoes (they are beautiful but there goes my paycheck lol). But because I had to eat dinner at the mall, I ate a chicken terriaki bowl which wasn’t the healthiest. But I made sure I ate the veggies and meat to keep me full and a little of the noodles to satisfy my temptation. Just in the first week I can feel habits changing … Its Awesome!!!

Today was good. I ate breakfast and bought my lunch at Starbucks. I made healthy decisions but still everything was a little high in points. So I had to skip my snack and just had dinner which worked out. Another note is that I resisted the temptation of extra bread and butter today. I feel so happy and proud of myself! Ummm… Oh Ya. I lost another 2 lbs. As of now I have lost 4.2 lbs, I am on my way!!!
I don’t even like cantaloupe or honeydew melon but I want this to be my next birthday cake.
